Ii is an illuminated, musical and immersive trail of over 2 kilometers transporting you to the heart of a unique experience inspired by Christmas and the end of year celebrations.

Lumières en Seine is held in the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud, at the gates of Paris.

Access via the Clémenceau Gate (Grille Clémenceau – Pont de Saint-Cloud metro station).

Lumières en Seine will run from Friday 17 November 2023 onwards every day (except the Mondays and Tuesdays outside school holidays and the 24 and 31 December 2023) from 5pm to 10.30pm.

Tickets are sold as timed entries, in 15-minute time slots from 5pm to 9.15pm (last entry 9.15pm).

The light trail closes at 11pm.

The trail is just over 2 km and will take approximately 1½ hours to walk, accounting for stops and refreshments along the way.

We are in a natural environment where some of the terrain could present some difficulties (rocks, uphill passages…). There are stewards at your disposal to help you in the most difficult places.

    • T2 (Pont de Bezons-Porte de Versailles), stop Parc de Saint-Cloud
  • By train
    • (Line L and U Saint-Lazare or la Défense in the direction of Versailles rive-droite or Saint-Nom la Bretèche) stop : Saint-Cloud
  • By car
    • Limited car parking is available. The nearest car park is the Indigo Colline Saint-Cloud car park.

The course is open air and therefore not protected against the weather.

Wrap up warm, wear clothes for all weather conditions and footwear suitable for the natural terrain. Bring your umbrella, just in case!

There will be no cloakroom at Lumières en Seine. Large bags or luggage will not be allowed into the event. Please only bring a handbag or small rucksack which you can carry along the trail easily.

In the unlikely event that the event is closed due to extreme weather conditions, and in accordance with Lumières en Seine’s extreme weather policy, IMG reserves the right to offer to reschedule your booking to another date/time (subject to availability).

The trail is punctuated by sales points offering savoury and sweet foods as well as hot and cold drinks. We invite you to stop by the carousel square to discover our gourmet chalets.

When purchasing alcohol, you will be asked for valid identification to confirm that you are aged 18 or over if you appear to be under the age of 25.

Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the light trail from outside, and any alcoholic drinks purchased on site must be consumed before leaving.

Alcohol is dangerous for your health and should be consumed in moderation.

No, we do not offer a student ticket.

Yes. A group discount is available to groups of 15 people or more. You can make your group booking online where you can select a group ticket which will display the discounted price. Group discounts are only available for advance sales. Every person in your group will need a ticket to enter.

Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket, which is the same as the entry time you selected when you booked. You do not need to arrive in advance.

We will do our best to accommodate latecomers. A certain time margin will be tolerated.

There is not a minimum visitor age but children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

You need to purchase tickets for children aged 3 – 11 years old. Children under the age of 3 are granted free entry.

Tickets can be collected at any Ticketmaster points of sale or will be sent to the email address that you provided upon booking.

No, the ticket buyer does not have to be present at the event. We do however ask that you have the ticket downloaded on your phone ready to be scanned by our staff. Please note all children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Please ensure you enter Lumières en Seine at the entrance time as stated on your ticket. You are welcome to stay and enjoy the trail and festivities for as long as you like until we close at 11pm.

Once you have entered the course, you will not be able to leave and return with the same entry ticket. Once your ticket has been scanned, you will not be able to use it again.

We ask that you take the necessary precautions to keep yourself, those around you and our staff safe at Lumières en Seine. We’re continuing to monitor government advice and will ensure that health and safety measures adhere to the guidelines in place at the time of the event.

There will be hand sanitisation stations around the site, communal surfaces and high touch points are cleaned regularly.

If you, or someone in your group becomes unwell with symptoms of Covid-19 or you are asked to self-isolate, we ask that you do not attend Lumières en Seine. Please contact the ticket provider as soon as you can and they will do their best to reschedule your booking for a new date/time, subject to availability.

The safety and comfort of our visitors is a priority. Lumières en Seine has a robust security management plan. If you see something suspicious, or something that does not feel right, please report it to a member of our security team.

To maximise safety, searches will take place at point of entry. This can include the use of metal detectors and searches of the person. All bags will be searched. Please note that any person with illegal or prohibited items or who does not want to be searched may be refused entry and their ticket/s will not be refunded. Please also note prohibited items listed below. We will not be able to look after these items for you or hold liability and you will not be able to enter the event or receive a refund. Security checks may result in delays when entering the site.
Large bags and luggage bigger than the A3 format are not allowed at the event. Please only bring a handbag or small rucksack which you can carry along the trail easily.

We ask all guests to be vigilant and not to leave bags and belongings unattended at any time. Any unattended item may be disposed of in line with our security protocols.
